Clean and spacious. Fantastic staff. Modern decor. Lifts/elevators were rapid. Breakfast selection very good.

The location is close to the city centre. It still looks a little bit dilapidated in the area but work is progressing to beautify this part of town. The hotel is great. Modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and caters for all tastes. There is a tram-stop and bus-stop within walking distance. Parking was ok. There is a multi storey car park across the way as parking is limited.

location,just seconds off/on the motorway, no free parking, however, weekend and after 8 you can park on the street. Big parking across the hotel 16euros. Shops, restaurants and bars. Staff speaks very good English and they were lovely, helpful, kind and informative. Room very spacious, bathroom too, lifts running between 7 floors very fast no need waiting too long. we stayed with a dog.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and we were able to check in in the middle of the night (almost at 3 am!). The front desk answered messages in a timely manner. The room and restroom were clean.

Campanile Duisburg City Hotel was just terrific. Not too pricey and the room was immaculate and beautifully presented, The wifi was superb and all the Front of desk staff at the reception were cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous and had a great deal of choice, and on the Sunday was available till 11 am. When I left for the Hauptbannhof in a taxi arranged for me by the hotel, I found that on disembarking I had left my wallet behind in the cab with my money and credit cards. The station helpdesk called my hotel, and the lady at the Campanile reception efficiently traced the taxi driver and arranged for him to return to the railway station immediately and return my wallet to me intact. That was excellent and timely service in an emergency, and much appreciated! Thank you, Campanile! I would be happy to stay there again on my next visit to the wonderful opera house there (see uploaded photo).

Very nice location on the canal with the view. You can easily get to the nearest station if you travel by metro. We were able to check in a bit earlier which was nice. The rooms are quite small but are enough for a short stay.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time, and my previous experience was flawed by the extra charge for bike storage in the room. This year there was no restriction for that which significantly reduced amount of extra hustle.

We stayed here for a one night stop on a long road trip. The hotel was easy to find from the autobahn. Very friendly and cheerful reception staff immediately made us feel welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent budget hotel. It's very near a car free pedestrian shopping area with restaurants so extremely convenient for a meal after a long day's drive plus an interesting place for an evening stroll. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.

The staff and the management at this hotel were absolutely first-rate we stayed two nights previous and on the return had 18 refugees with us they could not of been more helpful changing rooms around changing how the layout of beds were in the rooms bringing the breakfast time forward an hour on a Sunday morning for us to give us extra time to reach our ferry ordering taxis Generally looking after their customers it was a breath of fresh air to be in a hotel that actually cared thank you very much from all of us at Cornwall and Devon sending love to Ukraine

Breakfast was good, lot of options. Coffee could be better. Location is good, but there was a strike of the local transport and we could not benefit of the location. Of course this was not the fault of the hotel
